Why does my iphone6 vibrate but does not ring?

I tested my iphone setting and the sound rings but when I tried to ring from another phone it only vibrates and does not ring.

Welcome to iMore! Make sure your ringer volume is turned up by pressing the volume up button on the left side of your iPhone while viewing the home screen. You'll also want to make sure the silent switch isn't turned on. It's located right above the volume buttons.
