How To Remove Latest Update- Too Glitchy and Not Taking Pictures

Hi,

How do I remove the lastest update? I undated two days ago and my phone has had horrible glitches ever since. It freezes constantly and now when I take pictures, the pictures do not show up on my camera roll. How do I return to the update I had prior to this latest update? Thanks.

Try restoring as new with a fresh copy of iOS 9.2.1. Not from a back up. Do it with iTunes if possible. Try the restore first.
