whats wrong with my iphone 6?

The little box that slides up when you slide up from the bottom of your screen to the top wont show up, every time i try to do it my phone freezes, but if i press my home button it will unfreeze. And I got my phone in June, 2015, and now its January, 2016, so it wasn't that long ago that i got it.

I think you mean the Control Center, where airdrop and the quick icons are located, to turn on and off stuff. First thing to try is go into the settings, then Control Center, and make sure those settings are turned on, or set the way you like them. (try flipping them off then back on) Also close out of the settings then try a system reset, or reboot. Hold down the home button and power button both at the same time for about 10 seconds until the apple logo appears. After your device reboots then try swiping up the Control Center again.
