Here is one site I use Cellunlocker.net. Have used them several times with no issues, but can be a little expensive. Great support as well. Here is another cell-unlock-shop.com that I have used a couple of times. Never an issue, but support is a little slower to respond. Both have been reliable sites.

I've using https://www.mobileunlocked.com/ for 5 years. First unlocked my HTC. Recently recommended for a friend to unlock Samsung Note 5, which was a success. Yesterday, unlocked my iPhone 6. What a reliable service. I will use only them and recommend.
