    I have an iphone 6 .

    The phone is frozen in the "connect to itunes mode".

    I have done the following.using my Macbook Pro

    1. Connect my iphone 6 via usb cable to my Macbook
    2. Tried to update and restore.
    3. Received the error message 1671
    4. All my software is up to date
    5. Turned off my Sophos Anti Virus software

    Still frozen in the "Connect to itunes mode"

    Suggestions?

    Welcome to iMore! iPhones don't need anti virus software.
    Did you try putting it in DFU mode? Try that while connected to iTunes. And restore.
