how do I unlock my iphone 6 when it is unresponsive

my iphone 6 has a yellow bar in the top middle part of the screen. The slide to unlock does not respond. Power down button gets me to a 'SLIDE TO POWER OFF' which is also unresponsive. Help please

Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose the problem for you.

Welcome to iMore! Reset your device by holding the power button and home button down simultaneously until you see the Apple boot logo. You should be fine after that.
