I have more than 1500 emails in the spam and trash of my gmail account on the iPhone 6. How can I select all to delete forever.

While in your junk/spam folder, tap Edit in the top right corner, and then "delete all" will appear in the bottom right.
This will delete all messages in this folder.

You won't be able to do it within the Gmail account. You will need to add your account to the pre-installed app called mail.

Goto settings, then select (Mail, Contacts, Calendars), select add account, then enter your email address and password.

Select your notification preference and then press save. You can add as many email accounts as you like. Once you add all of

your accounts select the pre-installed app called "mail" with the dark blue background. All of your email accounts should be there.

Select the desired email account then go to junk, select edit, then delete all.

Tap the Go Back in the upper left corner until you can access the Junk folder. On the Junk folder, tap edit at the top.


Then tap "Delete all-in the lower right corner.


Then tap DELETE.
