    Hi,

What would you do if your phone is out of warranty and it has Temperature Warning? Its started happening when I changed the battery, old battery was worn out, drain so much quickly. I still can use the phone, but the warning is showing like after 5 mins of using.

    Thanks

Is the new battery an Apple battery? Only Apple puts them in.

If you purchased the battery from  and had them put it in I would return to  and have them replace the battery.

If it's not an Apple battery, it may not be good to use it. Some off brands may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. Apple charges $79 to replace a battery. If it's heating up enough for the warning, then don't use it. Take it to Apple and let them check it out.

Good luck! I highly recommend using an Apple OEM battery if at all possible.

Try Amazon. This one is OEM, but I don't know anything about it. You will need to have someone put it in.

The seller said 0804 has been discontinued, instead he sent me 0809. Previously when I turned iPhone on, it will appear Slide For Emergency and will display Temperature Warning in a min or two, now it displays Slide for Unlock which is good. Let see it running for a dayiPhone 6 Temperature Warning-uploadfromtaptalk1449013952085.jpg iPhone 6 Temperature Warning-uploadfromtaptalk1449013993382.jpg
