Daughters iPhone 6 wifi dropping

Anyone at all have this problem?
I did a few things.
Reset network settings .. Hard reset turned airplane mode on Off a few things I found online.
We do Not have apple care OR anything on this phone!
I am thinking of going to Apple or maybe do a reset (factory reset)
my daughter is now not allowed to use her phone I took data off the wifi works ONLY next to the wifi box if she goes a to her room or back room it's gone and u can NOT find it!
My iPhone never had that problem !!!
It still doesn't I'm using wifi and on second floor!
I had the 6plus now 6S plus...
But I believe HER problem is she is 13 and went and downloaded a beta version!
Computer broke so no iTunes.
Can we reset it to factory without iTunes!
Or should I go to apple...

It's fine otherwise... I'm tempted to sell it to att and get another one.ugh

I never had this issue with my 6s, although I am on iOS 9.2 Public Beta 4 and I would have tried the same things as you did.

It is possible to factory reset your device by going to Settings --> General --> Reset --> Erase all content and settings.

I don't understand the issue. Is the wifi signal being lost? If so, restoring the phone probably won't help. It's a wifi issue.
How do you know she downloaded a beta?

Could be the beta what version software is the phone on ? Also could be the router signal does your phone get signal in her room ?
