Something is not right with this latest update. When holding the phone up to my face on my shoulder, the screen stays lit. My cheek presses buttons. Why is this happening?

Hmm.. Have you tried restarting your phone? (Hard reset)

Do you use a case? If so, remove it and see if that helps. Also, check for any loose plastic film around the proximity sensor area. Lastly, have Apple check it for any hardware issues.
