Why do my notes disappear from my iphone6?

I enter text into the notes application and they vanish.

I don't have any ideas why that is happening to you. When I create a note using the native Notes app on "my" iPhone 6 Plus and my previous iPhones, the notes stay put and are available to me at all times. Having said that, go to Settings - Notes and then see which account is set as the default.
