No custom sounds

I just got the iPhone 6 and when I change the notification sounds for text and email they work fine. But Facebook Twitter and calendar all make the default sound even though I changed them to different sounds from the list. What am I doing wrong.

Probably nothing. Instead of using the "Sound" settings, try changing the alert tones via the "Notification" settings or vice-versa.

Those sounds for Twitter and Facebook you can change are posting sounds for when you post from outside the apps. Other notification sounds you can't change.
