I'm trying to help a friend.
She says she long presses a link on her phone, gets the "link copied" pop up but then it won't paste.
What would cause a 6 in good working condition to do that?

Where is she trying to paste the links? Some places won't work. See if they paste in the Notes app.

When I long-tap a link, I get a popup command to copy the URL, not a message that it has been copied.
