When someone is calling me through the Facebook Messagener app I can't the phone ringing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

When someone is calling me through the Facebook Messagener app I can't the phone ringing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Was "I can't the phone ringing" meant to be "I can't hear the phone ringing? If so, have you checked the volume level and/or check the Facebook Messenger notification settings?
