iPhone 5s or 6??

Thinking about coming back to Apple so which one should I get? I watch a lot of movies and stuff but screen size don't matter. Just don't want buffering. Thanks

6... or 6+ even... buffering is more about network where you are than device... a 6 or 6+ on a network that's near capacity is going to buffer just like a 5s.

Buffering isn't device specific, but rather the strength and speed of the network. I'd recommend the 6/6+ as it will get software updates for a longer period of time compared to the 5s.

It's irrelevant in this case, but if you want longevity, go with the iPhone 6.

I'd go with the iPhone 6. The reason being it will have a little more life. But I really enjoy my 5s... It's an awesome device.

One thing to consider is how much storage you think that you might need. Right now on the Apple Store the 5s comes in two capacities for buying new: 16gb and 32gb, whereas the 6 has 16, 64, and 128gb for storage capacities. You mentioned wanting to watch movies on it as a use case for getting one, well movies can eat up a lot of storage space depending on the resolution of the movie - SD versus HD, as well as the number of movies you may want on your device at any one time. So if 16gb is sufficient for your needs you could go with either device. Next then, the price could be a consideration for you as the 5s is a hundred dollars less than the 6 is currently. But, if you want a larger storage capacity than either the 5s' 16 or 32gb, that would leave the 6 as your choice with it's higher storage options of 64 and 128gb capacities.

Up coming 6S and Plus will double the RAM to 2GB and an A9 inside in September. Can you not wait a month to get new technology? A9 is rumor to be 30% faster then the current A8 too.
