How can I get back to restore from iCloud on my iPhone 6?

Hi,
I just got a new iPhone6. When I turned it on, it went through a series of questions.

The below is what I need help on.

Under the Set up Iphone, I had 3 options:

1) Set up as new iphone

2) Restore from iCloud back up

3) Restore from iTunes back up.

I chose 1) Set up as new iPhone but meant to choose 2) Restore from iCloud back up. I recently backed up my iPhone4 to iCloud so that I could get this data to my iPhone 6.

Can anyone help be get back to the point where I can choose 2) above. Right now when I go to icloud through the normal process it shows no backups, obviously since I set this up as a new iPhone accidently.

Settings...General...Reset...Erase all content and settings...

Right, start all over. Settings....General...Reset.....Erase all content and settings. Then be careful!
