Setup question with Apple ID for iphone6

Should I create an Apple ID and use my own email address for an iphone6 I purchased for my daughter (age 11)?

My daughter does not have email account so I can't enter one for her yet which is the first step to creating an Apple ID.

I've also noticed part of the Apple ID is credit card so was thinking perhaps I use my email instead of hers.

Please let me know. Thanks.

You might want to look at Family Sharing. It has some great options for parents of young children.

Your daughter needs an email account, whether she uses email or not. iCloud, Gmail, etc.



