Why does my iPhone 6 turn off after not using it for a while?

iphone 6 turn off after not using it for a wile

i have an iphone 6 and my wifi chip is dead i try to get it back in life by heating it (like we do in iphone 4s) but no luck. After that i turned on my iPhone 6 and when i lock it and leave (dont use it ) after 5 minutes iPhone shut down and i have to reboot it

You tried to "heat" what exactly? And how did you go about this?

Most likely you fried your board in your iPhone and now it's malfunctioning. This would be a good indication that you should probably not do maintenance on your iPhones anymore, especially when they're still under warranty.
