    Maybe someone already asked

    Hi. I'm using iPhone 6 version 8.3 and have 37 gigs available. My Mac holds 3,500 photos. I've added them to iCloud, paying for the extra capacity, but 24 hours later only 340 have made it to my iPhone. My iPad has them all despite having much less spare capacity. In settings, the set up under photos is the same for Mac iPhone and iPad. Any ideas?

    Do you have iCloud Drive and iCloud Photo Library enabled in Settings?
