Whenever anyone calls me, my iphone goes right to voice mail. How do i undo this.

If your phone never rings, you need to work with your service provider - it may include replacing the sim in the phone...

If it's because you've got the ringer volume set too quiet or off, the silent switch is on, or Do Not Disturb enabled... remedy those issues and the phone should ring fine.

Swipe up from the bottom on any screen and check to see if the Do Not Disturb button is active. It basically makes the phone silent
