Why doesn't my iPhone 6 sync my Outlook contacts like it used to?

My iPhone 6 will not sync my Outlook contacts like it used to.

My phone and iTunes have the most recent updates and my computer (Windows) is where I do the sync. I do not use iCloud. Can anyone help please?

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone?

Put all your contacts on Gmail.

If your contacts are backed up to your computer I would remove the outlook account (it will delete contacts) and then re-add the account to your phone. But only do this if you have the contacts backed up to your computer.

No. He's saying his contacts are on Windows. He plugs in his phone and opens iTunes and syncs outlook contacts.

He says it isn't syncing them.

He should really be using gmail or iCloud. Who has time to go through all this boloney.

Nothing better than getting a new phone, put your password and boom, all your contacts are in.

The last time I synced outlook contacts with iTunes was in 2010 when I got my first iPhone. The days of blackberry.

Agreed about gmail or iCloud, but the functionality should still work.
