    i am from india..and in my iphone 6 the facetime option cannot be selected while making a call.. and in settings also there is no option like" facetime". how can i make video calls from the phone itself .. is there an option for that.?... and i dont mean the third party apps like skype or viber....thank you

    Bought this phone in Kuwait. Does it have anything to do with the problem?

    The FaceTime feature is probably blocked by your carrier in your country due to governmental restrictions. Several middle eastern countries do not have access to this feature.

    This would have been helpful to know at the start. As noted above, it possibly is the source of the problem.
