    I have two Iphone, 6 & 5S under the same iCloud account, before making the update to iOS 8.3, the calendar sync process to Outlook, was working with no issues, all appointments in the calendar, were possible to see in the Outlook calendar (computer). Im using a corporate Exchange, sync process w/o cable.
    I did all possible tests, deleting account, calendar etc, but after the last update, is not working anymore. Thoughts?

    Other than resetting your network settings or doing a clean install, I don't know what to tell you.

    One option is to use the Outlook Web Access app (OWA) instead of the native apps on the phone.
