How can I get my iPhone 6 with a Maxis plan to get 3G(right now I have data roaming in Thailand only get E)?

I turn off the LTE option, but still can't get to 3G, any idea what should i do?

Perhaps Edge is all the service provider is capable of delivering in your location.
