iPhone 6 display from black and white to color

I can't figure out how to change the main screen from black and white to color but I also need to update except I forgot my Apple ID password

You should be able to go to Settings - General - Accessibility and then disable the toggle next to "Grayscale" or "invert colors". As for your Apple ID passcode, I can't help you there. Feel free to use Apple's lost password feature online.

Go to the apple web site and change your password. Screen: settings. General. Accessibility. Invert colors.
