Has anyone had the problem where you set the alarm before you go to bed and in the morning you can hardly hear the alarm go off, despite checking the night before that the volume was set to max? When checking the volume in the morning, it has turned itself way down.

I thought that I had discovered a work-around for this glitch. Often, after setting the alarm and checking the volume was set to max, I would listen to some music with my Bluetooth headphones before falling asleep. I began to check the ringer volume after I was done listening to the music and found that it had turned itself back down already. It seemed like it would match the volume I had set for the music audio. When I would try to turn the ringer volume back up, it wouldn't let me adjust it - only the audio volume for music, even though I was on the home screen.

Further investigation showed that if I completely closed the music app (Google Play Music) after I was done listening by swiping it away, then I was able to adjust the ringer volume to max and it would stay at that level all night.

That was until a few days ago when the ringer volume set itself back to a low setting on its own even though I completely closed the music app the night before.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks!
