Talk and data issue on Verizon 8.2 release

This was just released for iOS 8.3 beta. So does this mean there's no talk and data on Verizon on iOS 8 .2?

8.2 should work,fine... You'd have to be on wifi for data to talk & surf until they correct the issue on 8.3

I don't think it's a Verizon issue, but rather and IOS issue. Since VoLTE works just fine on our Android phones on Verizon.

Except if it was a true iOS issue, it'd be a wide spread report because it would be happening to ALL users on the network. As far as I can see by looking online, this isn't the case. It's almost assuredly a Verizon issue.
