outlook e mail

is there a way to have e mail only go outlook and not the native e mail client.
I get it in both even though I'm using outlook.

Yes remove the email account from the native app.

settings>email calendar, Select the account you want to remove and either hit delete account or switch the sliders off. I personally switched the sliders off just in case I wanted to use it again in the future. And with it turned off it uses no battery so its all good
