You're talking about the stock e-mail app. You can try an app called Mailbox from the app store and see how you like that. I'm not sure if you can add a Hotmail account but you can check.

Cloud magic is great and is the only free app that does exchange well.

I tried cloud magic and really liked it. Only problem I had with it was when I deleted an email in the app it was still there when I logged into my gmail account on a computer. Any way to change that?

I like CloudMagic best for all my mail. But I use the stock mostly. This app "Mail+" is for Outlook. So I assume for Hotmail too.

It's your lucky day. Microsoft juts introduced their outlook app for iOS. Go check it out. It's pretty good

Agree with the above. The new Outlook app from Microsoft is really good. I did not have any experience with its predecessor Accompli, but it's apparently very similar.
