All iPhones come with 90 days free phone support and a 1 year warranty. So I'd call Apple. Since you bought it in the US, I'd recommend calling the U.S. AppleCare number not a number local to Brazil (I have no idea if here is one or not).
At best they can help walk you through a restore and help you resolve the problem. At worst, they determine its a hardware issue and you have to ship it back to them and they send you a replacement.
