    Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any info about how water resistant the IPhone 6 is?

I know it isn't waterproof, (and there are cases that provide waterproof protection) but I'm just wondering about minor exposure to water & moisture (i.e rain showers, splashes, etc.). Basically casual instances.

I thought there was a class action lawsuit that Apple paid out for water damage claims for the 5s, so just wondering if the Iphone 6 is more protected.

    Thanks!

Thanks! Apparently if it can be submerged for almost a minute, it can handle sprinklers or light rain!

The phone will be ok submerged for a few seconds. We did that here last week. The speaker sounded tinny and the screen had rainbows for a few days. Then it dried out. Can't tell other than the water sensor.
