From my experience the iPhone's that I've owned never had construction or design issues.
The only phones I've had with those types of issues were the first Motorola Razr which rusted out and the HTC EVO 3D where the screen was off axis and the accelerometer went bad in less than a year.

To be clear NO, not all 6s have a clicking screen and not all have a loose screen moving around, however they ALL present a very little but noticeable giving of the screen assembly in the metal backplate right next to the volume buttons, seen with a light source, due to there not being support below the screen there, like there is with the rest of the screen assembly. The rest of the screen should be fine and not giving in.

Due to the 6+ being bigger, therefore offering more space for support added this cannot be reproduced on the bigger unit.

I checked my 6 really good, zoomed in with my Dino-Lite and I can't see any noticeble movement, so I don't think I would say they all have it.

I don't know man. I checked like 10 different phones for real (different batches too) and they all had a little giving in near the volume buttons.

Yes! I had this problem with all 4 of my white and silver Verizon iPhone 6s! I sold it and bought a brand new gold one. No problems since but yes I have seen a majority of iPhone 6s having this very issue out of the box!

I don't notice this on mine but I can't think of any time I would ever hold or squeeze the phone that way to make that sound or issue occur.

I have this problem with the bottom right hand side of the display and it creaks but I'm afraid if I get the screen replaced it might not be as good as my first one xP
