AT&T just because it is the only one with halfway decent coverage in my house (which apparently is in a black hole of cell service). Also, I travel a lot, so I'm pretty much limited to AT&T or Verizon in terms of coverage. T-Mobile doesn't have the coverage I would need when traveling, Sprint just is poor in my personal experience with them, and Verizon drops out at my house regularly.
