I want to use Touch ID for apple pay only, I set Touch ID for Apple pay and nothing else but every time I wake my phone and swipe, it ask me for my passcode. I don't want to scan my finger to unlock my phone or use a passcode. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is there no choice ?

It's a security thing. Unfortunately you will have to either take it all or nothing.

Your fingerprint is not unlocking the phone. Your fingerprint once verified passes your lock coffee through to the device

If you are using Touch ID for anything you have to have your phone locked.

True, it's a security measure, because in essence you have put payment and banking info in your phone so the pass code will make sure it's only you who accesses that info.
