Strange Apple ID request out of the blue

Hi everybody,
got a new iPhone 6. I installed it with my personal stuff upon an iCloud backup done on another iDevice. Out of the blue I get an Apple ID request with an email I never saw in my life in the user section. Obviously requests a password. Any idea where this may came from?

Mine asks randomly for the password, but it's for the one I have installed on the system. Ironically not the iCloud password but my iTunes one. Figure it has to do with checking for updates, etc.
Is your phone new? Or was it bought open box, ebay, etc.?

I had that happen- I was told at the apple store it was because I dragged and dropped someones music that they purchased from iTunes... Finally got rid of it once I figured out the music in question- deleted from iTunes and phone and restored my phone as new

refurbished! Now it makes sense I guess. But how can I get rid of this?
