Like I said, it's the price ya pay for facial hair. I rock a pretty crazy beard and yea all phones can tug a bit. But my nieces, nephews, and friends kids tug my beard as well. Don't return the phone. Trip the beard if you can't handle it.

I get my facial hair tugged on occasion. It only happens when I am caseless.

No bending or hair-catching for me either. Actually, looking closely I don't even have any fibres trapped in the boundary between the screen and the metal back casing despite the phone staying in my pocket for prolonged periods of time. I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be something started by competitors to take attention off the so-called "Gap-Gate", which is also about gaps between the front glass and the back casing.
