4G and LTE speeds slower after 8.02 update for AT&T users?

I was wondering if any other AT&T users noticed a major slow down in terms of speed with 4G and LTE on their iPhone 6 after updating to IOS 8.02? Prior to the update my 4G and LTE speeds were lighting fast so much so that I didn't need Wi Fi because they were faster than my home connection. Now since the update they have been PAINFULLY slow takes like 20- 30 seconds for a simple webpage in safari to load up, or a video on the Youtube app instead of like 5- 10 seconds it took before. Not sure if its the update, my iPhone itself, or something on AT&T's end. Anyone else have this issue?

My AT&T LTE speed is the same after 8.0.2 on both my iPhone 6 and 5.
