Why do I need to fully charge the phone in order to see how long I've used it and how long it's been on standby today? This doesn't make any sense to me, can someone explain?

The phone didn't start out fully charged and you can't use it as an indicator for battery life until it begins at 100%. Why? I'm not 100% on that so I don't know. Maybe it's like timing a run starting at the finish line and not 1 minute into the run.
Did it crash, or did you turn it off?
That wipes out the running stats for battery usage on that charge.

No, no.It did crash earlier today.
Do I have a problem?

Oh, okay.No, no.
It's just that it's perfectly normal not to have those stats in that situation.
When I do a hard reset, as I do from time to time, it wipes out those particular stats.
Has it been crashing a lot? That is not normal behavior for an iPhone.
You spend too much time on Twitter, and not enough time on iMore! [chuckles]
