Multitasking Issue?`

I tried opening the multitasking page, but my new iPhone 6 wouldn't let me. I had to close and open it numerous times. Is it a glitch or am I worrying too much?

Sounds like a IOS 8 bug. Sometimes I can't open control panel from my lock screen and its enabled.. Waiting for IOS 8.0.1..
