 copy and paste that in your short cut in keyboard settings. I use aaa and it'll autocorrect to the apple logo

I have it in my Notes app as Pay. So I just copy the  and paste it from Notes to the folder. So if you enter it in "Shortcuts", then aaa would type the . Cool.

Probably a stupid question but what are the benefits to jailbrake? I know it allows a lot more customization but is that all that changes?

You copy and paste  into a keyboard shortcut. Then put the shortcut phrase to "aaa" or something like that so every time you type "aaa" it puts .
