iPhone 6: Hard to Tap on screen?

Is it my phone or is it harder to get the iPhone 6 to recognize and respond to taps on the glass? Typing on the keyboard is fine, but tapping on icons to open an app or navigate through windows sometimes requires two or three taps before the phone responds. Is anyone else having this problem or is my phone defective?

Seems fine on mine. If anything it's more sensitive and responsive than my 5.

Thanks. Maybe after I use it a bit more, there will be a buildup of fingerprints that will make it more responsive... ;-)

Mine seems fine as well, it is very fluid and responsive

Keep an eye on that philrodo. You really shouldn't be experiencing that.

I'm having the same problem except the edges are really unresponsive. I have trouble typing with any of the keys close the edge of the screen. I figured it we my be a problem with apps that are simply stretching to fill the display but it happens even in the messages app. Might go the the Apple Store tomorrow and see what's up.

Is it on the P and Q keys on the keyboard?

I'm having some stalling when I try to scroll on a webpage. I figure it's an iOS 8 thing because my 5s does it.
