iPhone 6/6 Plus + AT&T Next

So is AT&T only offering there Next Plan on the iPhone 6/6 plus pre-orders? I'm not a fan of these next plans. Complete ripoff, an extra $42+ per month for 24 months is ridiculous to know you'll pay over $1000 for an iPhone.

It is 42.50/month (for 128gb) for 20 months, not 24. At $850, this is the same price (ok, $1 more) than buying full price. Not really a bad deal for financing, considering the discount ATT gives with some plans without a contract. I know it's not for everyone though.
