Exchange policy?

I know Verizon has a 14-day exchange policy, but what if the phone you want to exchange to is not in stock within the 14-day period? Are you stuck with the one you have, or do you have other options?

Verizon is generally pretty good about working with people on returns - and if what you want isn't available, they'll 'bend' the rule and exchange after 14 days - make sure you talk about it during your original transaction, and ask the rep to clearly notate your account what you've discussed in regard to returns, and what may transpire should what you want be unavailable...
