I just ordered on AT&T's website because Apple Store is not working for me. I have the screen saying I placed an order but I haven't received an email yet.

Same for me - placed the order via AT&T.com (2, actually) and no confirmation email for either order. Makes me pretty worried! Doesn't seem to be any way to confirm the order status either so early.

That's the upgrade fee. I believe it will be the same if you order it through apple.com
