iPhone 6 plus go crazy

Hi all, before latest update, when I use the phone the touch function sometime suddenly lost, I have to ON and OFF then screen by press the power button to restore the touch function, after the latest update the situation get worst, it touch and launch app by itself most of the time, is this hardware or software problem? I have tried reset / restore the iOS software but the problem still persists.

I recommend you restore the device and then set it up as new.
