Hello. I was wondering if they (apple) will come out with delay and signature for the imessage?? Does anyone know if it when this would ever come out?? Thank you for your timely response anyone!!

It's always difficult to say when apple will come with something. Only when they announce it you can be sure it will be available at some point.
Some new things can be found in beta versions of iOS, but even then sometimes functionality gets pulled back because Apple finds it not good enough to release.
