    One contact is not blocked and the phone will not ring. I have checked do not disturbed, blocked and no luck

    Hi, welcome to iMore.
    Open up the phone app on your iPhone, scroll to that contact, open it, select edit in the upper right corner, scroll down till you see Ringtone and text tone and make sure a ringtone is set for that contact. If not, select a ringtone of your own choosing and your phone will be ringing for him/her from now on.
