When apple had the replacement deal for 6 plus phones that could possibly have camera issues last year ( actually and 8 months ago) my phone was one of the ones that fell into that group, so my phone was replaced and all was fine until about 2 months ago and my camera won't focus if you have to zoom AT ALL....
When this started 2 months ago my replacement phone was 6 months old, so I call apple and we go thru everything to make sure it wasn't a settings issue (I had already done multiple hard resets) so they said that I could send it in and they could fix it for a fee...i.asked isn't it covered? Their reply was that my warranty was up, and I told them it was only 6 months old and they stated my warranty date was my original phone date not the replacement date even though the replacement was a apple issue not because of something I did.
1. Has anyone had camera issues on their 6 Plus since the replacement or issue?
2. What in your opinion should be my next option?
I have a 12 year old that plays tournament baseball and a 5 year old girl that just started playing tee ball so I take A LOT of pics....
