    My new iPhone 6 + won't upload all my old apps, Google Maps, etc. continues to say waiting

    Welcome to iMore! I'm assuming you mean that your iPhone won't download all of your old apps. If you've just set it up there are probably a lot of things happening in the background. I suggest plugging it into a charger, making sure you have a solid wifi signal, and giving it some time. More than likely it'll kick into gear soon.
