Touch screen not responding
On my iPhone 6+, every once in awhile, a white strobe thing comes down from the top or my screen to about 1/3 of the way down. While it is on there I can't use any of my touchscreen controls. It also doesn't appear on screenshots. This occurs every 2-3 minutes and lasts for anywhere from 5-40 seconds. I have restored my phone a few times and it doesn't seem to help. The white thing will happen anywhere, lock or home screen. If Anybody has any ideas what this is please tell me. Thanks!
