On my iPhone 6+, every once in awhile, a white strobe thing comes down from the top or my screen to about 1/3 of the way down. While it is on there I can't use any of my touchscreen controls. It also doesn't appear on screenshots. This occurs every 2-3 minutes and lasts for anywhere from 5-40 seconds. I have restored my phone a few times and it doesn't seem to help. The white thing will happen anywhere, lock or home screen. If Anybody has any ideas what this is please tell me. Thanks!

Yikes! That looks frustrating. I'd head to the Apple Store. It sort of looks like the Guided Access UI.

Warranty that phone. Its a bad screen and or screen cable. Either way looks hardware related.
